A key element in the design of consistent processes in the company is the definition of a Project Life Cycle which is applicable to all projects.

The Project Life Cycle displayed is included as a standard in Smart Project Manager. The system can be individually adapted to your standards.

The stages of the Project Life Cycle are supported by a gate model. During the transition from one stage to another, the process passes through a quality gate. In the simplest case, the content of a quality gate consists of changing the project status. By default, there's also a checklist that has to be completed. If the gate transition is connected to a decision process, it can be mapped as a workflow.
