Smart Project Manager provides a comprehensive role & authorization concept.
This takes into account both personal and function-related global authorizations as well as project-specific roles. Permissions are assigned to roles and can be broken down to the data field level. Menu structures and navigation menus are also displayed in a roll-specific manner.
Authorizations for projects are recorded in Smart Project Manager and then confirmed and released in a workflow. With the granting of authorizations, the users are classified into user and authorization groups. Authorization roles define who has access to which projects and has rights to search, open, create, edit and delete data. Information scope and navigation structure are defined in a roll-specific manner.
